I am an EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Certified Therapist. I received my Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco in 2012 and my BA in English from UC Davis in 1990.

As a Parnell-trained, Attachment-Focused EMDR clinician with advanced training in Complex and Developmental Trauma, Grief, and Trauma-Focused CBT, my work is solution-oriented and symptom-focused. I treat the whole person—mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Curiosity, compassion, and creativity have always been important to me. After graduating from college, I started, owned, and operated a coffeehouse for three years. The business remains a community hub for art, food, poetry, social justice, and music.

I’ve been honored to gain experience in a variety of mental health settings, including three years at a busy community clinic (Yolo Family Service Agency), at several public schools, in bereavement groups, and in my own private practice since 2016.

Aside from spending time with my family, friends, and my dog, I enjoy making ceramic sculptures, going to the ocean, cooking, and doing the NY Times crossword puzzle.
